I've done an initial publish of the jekyll generated content to the pdfbox
production site. Let me know of you find any issues. I also added a pom for the
maven scm-publish plugin.
We can now either merge back into trunk or do the enhancements to the
jekyll-migration branch (so we still have the old Apache CMS content as a fall
back) but need to ensure that changes are done to that branch instead of trunk.
