I made a mistake above, the Font dictionary _does_ include a Flags entry, and
the Symbolic flag is set, which indicates that the font's built-in encoding
should be used. (Were it false, StandardEncoding would be used). So we're
definitely processing this font "correctly". We're just not able to repair it.
