the last commit prepares to use gitwcsub to actually publish the content which
is necessary as the raw html/css/js content is now expected at a different
location if the CMS is no longer in use.
Publishing is now done to the asf-site branch in the pdfbox-docs git repo so
that the repository now holds the sources for the site (in the master branch)
as well as the generated content (in the asf-site branch).
