Yes to both. Hopefully RC3 will be the last RC.
I'd prefer an RC3 and not a release, but before the RC3:
- work on the 5 remaining issues (hopefully, we'll get an answer on
PDFBOX-3114 and PDFBOX-3173 in the first work week, i.e. tomorrow)
- get an opinion (thumbs up or thumbs down) by Tim Allison on the
quality of text extraction (I'll write something in PDFBOX-3058)
I hope everybody had a good time in the last 10 days or so :-)
