Fix For: 2.0.0
The PDF 2.0 specification has a field types now splitter in individual words
such as check box, radio button and push-button. We match that using camel case
for the various field objects for all fields but the check box which is named
{{PDCheckbox}}. That should be renamed to {{PDCheckBox}}.
