I would like to be able to use my own provider for decryption. Indeed,
org.apache.pdfbox.pdmodel.encryption.SecurityHandlerFactory forces the use of
org.bouncycastle.jce.provider.BouncyCastleProvider.
A solution is to make SecurityHandlerFactory uses a java.security.Provider
instead.
