This may not work if it comes to dictionary encodings using a base encoding and
differences. Those rely on overwriting existing mappings. Either we add those
duplicated codes to the codeToName mapping only or we need to overwrite the add
method within DictionaryEncoding to ensure that all mapping are replaced as
needed.
