I've used the [^ForSaleSign_Black.pdf] template filling it with some sample
data. The results are fine for me. Do you get any error messages when
generating the files. The reason I'm asking is that it seems that the 'wrong'
fields have no appearance generated at all. That's why the content is displayed
but not correct. Having them filled on my system the appearance is generated.
Did you do the form filling on OS X or Ubuntu?
