-----------------------------------------------------------------

I believe that it is your file that is incorrect and may have been inspired by
the Spuckler family tree. Please open it with PDFDebugger.

first top item is 35
last top item is 38
second top item is 37, child (entry "first" and "last") is 38. So the child of
the second sibling (37) is also its last born brother (38).

> Method getNextSibling from
> org.apache.pdfbox.pdmodel.interactive.documentnavigation.outline.PDOutlineItem
> is recursive: it returns first outline item, if it's object is the last
> outline item.
> For example we have this otline:
> h1
> h2
> h3
> h3.getNextSibling() will return h1, but should return null
