A snapshot will be available within a few hours here:
https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/pdfbox/pdfbox-app/2.0.3-SNAPSHOT/
Or build from source.
This version will skip "fonts.alias.ttf", and do a debug output of all font
files being checked. You need to enable debugging in your log config. So if
there is still an endless loop, please enable debugging and post your log.
