Hi!
In PDFBox 1.8 I used {{PDType1AfmPfbFont}} to load PFB fonts with AFM.
How can I do this with PDFBox 2.x?
The {{PDType1Font}} has a constructor to pass in the PFB InputStream but how
can I set the AFM into it?
