Currently the field name is shown in the annotations for the page e.g.
{{Root/Pages/Kids/[0]/Annots}} as well as the {{Root/AcroForm/Fields}} entry. I
think showing it in {{Root/AcroForm/Fields}} only would be fine.
One issue:
{{/T}} is not inheritable so there is no need to look up the parent if an
annotation is a {{Kids}} entry to a field but doesn't have {{/T}} entry on it's
own.
