John Hewson commented on PDFBOX-3436:
-------------------------------------
Unfortunately we don't support Thai, or any other complex scripts. We're
thinking about coordinating with the Apache FOP project to solve this but have
no solid plans.

> I'm trying to fill a PDF form with text containing Thai characters (font
> Arial Unicode)
> The code runs smoothly and generate the output file but the output file is
> not rendered correctly (look at the attached files).
> When the file is opened on Adobe Reader it seems that the field was not
> filled out, but once you click on it the text appears. Once you click
> somewhere else the field contents disappear again.
