Resolution: Fixed
Duplicate of PDFBOX-3381. You can test the 2.0.3 version at
https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/pdfbox/pdfbox-app/2.0.3-SNAPSHOT/
to simulate the bug, set the zoom below 100%.
