OK, I'll commit that... I won't do anything for the other types for now,
because
- XObjects and Patterns and Shadings 4-7 are streams, which are always indirect
- the other types are small
- /ICCBased could have have some size
- but only PDFont has the risk described in my first comment, i.e. is kept in a
list.
