It's probably another error them (without "LCMS") - we also have
another error that is similar to the one you reported, see

It looks very similar. Both stack traces go through:
org.apache.pdfbox.pdmodel.graphics.color.PDDeviceRGB.toRGB(PDDeviceRGB.java:104)
