Enhanced ImageType to support BufferedImage.TYPE_3BYTE_BGR
The application we are developing converts PDF to an image with
TYPE_3BYTE_BGR type. We could do it fine with PDFBox 1.8 but after migration to
2.x we can't specify this type and have to render an image via PDFBox first,
then convert that image to desires TYPE_3BYTE_BGR.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/vsadokhin/pdfbox trunk
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/pdfbox/pull/28.patch
