Dear Omid - there is no support for complex script at the moment in PDFBox. In
addition there is no support for complex script in FontBox i.e. some special
tables are not parsed. If you need to create PDFs from scratch I suggest you
take a look at Apache FOP which is able to handle languages with complex script
to some extend.
