The text has the title "Is Your System ICC Version 4 Ready?" - I guess the
answer is "no".
The fatal error goes away when not using the option mentioned in
https://pdfbox.apache.org/2.0/getting-started.html although the file is still
not rendered properly. LittleCMS brings other problems.
