[~tilman] [~jahewson] What about a generic ContentStream class and decorators
for specific stuff. This way we could keep the ContentStream class focused on
writing the operators and have the handling of state within the specific
classes with the generic ContentStream class writing to an OutputStream or
similar which we can make available through the specific classes.
