I was just about looking into incremental save for interactive forms handling
where we should make sure that we don't break an existing Reader Extensions
right. Although 1) and 2) will work for signing - and I'd agree that 2) is
better in this case - this will not solve the other needs for incremental save.
For that - if we don't want to introduce something completely new setting
{{needToUpdate}} throughout is the way to go IMHO.
