I've added a check for certification in the example code. I'm not yet sure if
this should be part of PDDocument, so this may or may not be moved as part of
2.0.6. Suggestions welcome.
I've not made progress re the actual problem you reported, i.e. that Adobe
claims modification was done. I'll work on this at a later time, but not in
time for 2.0.5 - sorry about that.
