Adding a bit more information to what GirishPatil mentioned above - we don't
see this problem when printing directly from an app like PDF reader, etc but we
can reproduce this issue when the same Document is printed using PDFBox 2.0.5
(this issue can be reproduced with multiple printer models like Canon, HP and
Xerox printers)
we found a temporary workaround for Xerox Printers by enabling the option
"Enhanced Printing features". Interestingly when the same document is printed
directly to the same printer we don't see this problem and the document prints
just fine....neither the document or printer don't care about the setting
"Enhanced Printing features". Just that PDFBox 2.0.5 requires that "Enhanced
Printing features" are enabled for the document to print properly (at least on
Xerox printers)
we tried tweaking Printer settings but we were never able to print the same
document to Canon or HP printers while using PDFbox 2.0.5
I am exactly sure why PDFbox 2.0.5 seems to like this particular setting on a
printer ...I noticed that some older Xerox printers have enhanced Printing
features enabled by default and they cannot reproduce the same problem (but if
we can disable this option on a printer perhaps then we can reproduce this
issue on most printers).
