I analyzed your doubt. Both acrobat and other software completely eliminates 
the flag.

I think it's pretty safe to remove the flag and automatically signed back 
visible.

The signature is valid !!!
 
I attach a signature countersigned example with another product.
This eliminates the flag and the original signature back visible and remains 
valid for adobe.

I enclose the sample files and carry a patch for the DR Dictionary, which is 
always overwritten by the last signature, which does not happen to other 
software.
This last change is not related to the visibility of signs.
