[~tilman] yeah, so that's just for the record...
I stumbled upon this whilst scrolling through the new FOP 2.2 release and
features and found it interesting, that the OTF subsetter had been implemented
in the FOP core by [~rmeyer] instead of the fontbox core, although Robert did
some patches to fontbox for that...
