I tried to save this as text in Adobe Reader, and AR crashed. When I copy the
text from Adobe Reader, I get "noncertifi ed". When I search in AR, I get no
results for "noncertified member", but I do get hits for "ed member".
If you use PDFDebugger to look at page 7, you can see that a space is actually
encoded between \336, the "fi" ligature, and "ed".
