Fix For: 2.0.6, 3.0.0
Add dpi and border parameter to PrintPDF command line utility. The border
parameter is just "nice" and "because we can", the dpi parameter is to
facilitate tests, as the dpi parameter is a workaround for certain printing
flaws.
