Agreed, it would be several hours of work (including documentation) to add this
to each utility and fail gracefully if somebody uses both variations. The
"reward" for users is only a few seconds because less typing is needed. I use
the command line utilities a lot, I am pretty lazy, and even then I never felt
a need for such a change.
I rather recommend to create a shell script or a BAT file.
