Attachment: PDFsam_merge.pdf
Result file created by PDFsam. Here the destination names in the outlines were
replaced with their destinations and the result file has no name dictionary.
[~msahyoun] could you please merge the input files with Adobe Professional and
attach the result? I'm interested to see which strategy they use.
