Merge the attached file with itself. Open the result file with PDFDebugger and
look at {{Root/OpenAction/D/\[0]}}. The page there has the object number 3.
However a look at the page tree shows that the pages have the object numbers 6
and 7.
I noticed this while researching a different problem with the file at
