I had another look... 

1) Nothing is done if OCGs exist in both files, I thought there was a "bad" 
merge but no.
2) the good thing is, the elements in {{Root/OCProperties/OCGs}} MUST be 
indirect objects. So if we just change the names then it applies to every usage.
3) the real work is the /D tree :-(
