Firefox denies to dowload the file due to some malware or virus within
the pdf.
I submitted the file to virustotal and it is all green.

Maybe it is because the file is broken, or because it has an attachment
(..//..//AVB Stand Oktober 2012.pdf)
And I'm always running Adobe Reader with extra security switched on and
javascript switched off.
