Your PDF contains 2408 CMYK images with height of a single pixel. That's very
inefficient, and it took 1424 seconds on a slow PC.
You can speed up rendering with the two tricks mentioned here:
https://pdfbox.apache.org/2.0/getting-started.html
With the first trick it takes 40 seconds. With the second, it goes down to 4
seconds. (72 dpi)
