I've updated the patch to use the SignatureText property in
PDVisibleSignDesigner class. This class included a method for getting the
SignatureText, but this was not implemented.
I'm not really sure at which place to update this property, but I added this to
to buildSignature function inside PDVisibleSigProperties.
