The Adobe display of your file is weird, i.e. not your typical highlight. In
Adobe reader the NoAP version looks like a candy wrap (look at the left and
right sides). Maybe you missed that the specification on quadpoints is
incorrect (my code mentions this!). See also

The /Rect entry looks correct... i.e. all quadpoints values are within the
bounds.
