When running PDFToImage on the attached file, PdfBox crashes with message
"Numbers of source Raster bands and source color space components do not match"
This can be tested from the command line like this:
java -jar pdfbox-app-2.0.8.jar PDFToImage -dpi 300 -color rgba
ImageExtractionError.pdf
