Now it is fine for me... it looks mostly similar and the arrow doesn't poke 
into the square. However your rectangle and bbox and matrix are still different 
from Adobe. So the question is, did you intend to have the same values or not? 
The difference isn't really important for rendering... there is a difference of 
1 pixel, that may be some floating point inaccuracy.
