So that affects {{Type4ShadingContext}} and {{Type5ShadingContext}} - correct?
{{PatchMeshesShadingContext}} already had the {{debug}} output - only the
Exception has been added.
I'm fine with reverting or couldn't we come up with a different approach than
throwing an Exception to signal EOF - seems a little strange for me but I
haven't checked the details of the code (which I should have done eventually)?
