Yes, that's part of the redesign. All documentation pages will have a TOC on
the right hand side. I'm still playing with the levels to make it configurable
per page. For this specific one only the main headers should be reflected in
the TOC.
There will be some additional content at the top
- breadcrumb with an option to select the version of the documentation
- an edit link to the GitHub mirror which should encourage people to add to the
page
