I have re-instated PDFont::encode() as final, and, moved the gsub logic inside
PDPageContentStream#showTextInternal, as suggested by John.
I am enabling GSUB only for Bengali as of now:
GlyphSubstitutionDataExtractor#SUPPORTED_LANGUAGES
I am still working on subsetting.
