Tilman Hausherr closed PDFBOX-4194.

Resolution: Duplicate
Closing as duplicate as described. I strongly suspect that the products that
can print quickly do it by rendering into an image. (This might be found out by
"printing" into a PDF, and then looking at that PDF with PDFDebugger).
