I see, but this is because you asked about the INFO message. You didn't ask
them why you get a "?". I suggest you create a new issue.
A good issue text would have
- the version of tabula you're using
- the pdf file
- what you were trying to do
- what you expected to happen
- what happened instead
Some background about the message: this is relevant for PDF creation, when some
glyphs are to be replaced by other glyphs. Very important for languages like
Bengali and Arabic. It is also relevant (but less) for latin languages, about
replacing "ffl", "ff", "fl" with appropriate ligatures.
