I ran your code (I corrected the formatting and the name and saved it) and 
here's the produced PDF. It looks fine to me. I can also display this properly 
with PDFDebugger, nothing cut off.

Are you sure you used 2.0.9 ? Could it be you accidentally have an older 
version in your classpath?
