As can be seen from the attached
[^SHIP_CCF_LastName_FirstName_YYYYMMDD_v1_Sample_data.xml] file Acrobat treats
the fields as *not* being set so I tend to do the same here. What we might want
to consider is return \{{Off}} as the default value for an unset field.
