Just to avoid misunderstandings, java 1.6 is the miminum requirement for PDFBox
2.0.x. So no need to recompile it using java 1.6
But as Tilman already said, it is a really bad idea to stick with java 5, even
java 6 isn't a good option. Be aware that most of the popular java libraries
will move forward and support more recent java version such as 1.8 or later
only.
