No work is being done on that issue at this time AFAIK. What I could do for you
is to implement the solution with the third parameter for the trunk only. This
means that you'd get a software to play with, but not as a release. And the
final implementation could still change. The trunk is pretty good, the only
thing that shouldn't be used are indian languages because this is not finished.
You would use saveIncremental as usual, and COSWriter would be told in the
constructor whether there is a signature to insert or not.
