Do you know the angle to deskew (1)? Or do you want some software that analyses
a PDF to detect the skew angle (2)?
If (1) then please ask on stack overflow or in the users mailing list. You need
to prepend a transformation to the page content stream. Prepending is not
supported in 1.8. It is still possible but would be a pain.
If (2) then we won't do that. That is beyond the scope of PDFBox. The best is
to get a decent scanner that does this out of the box, for example the high
speed scanners of Kodak Alaris. (Some others do this too, but we use the Kodak
at work).
