I always tell people who ask for a manual to "look in the examples in the
source code download" but... ooops.... there is no simple text extraction
example, only advanced ones, so I created a simple one. (The ExtractText source
code is in another subproject, so it would be harder to find, and it is not
simple enough for a newbie)
