I've implemented an adjust to add signature field name on method
{code:java}
addSignature(PDSignature sigObject, SignatureInterface signatureInterface,
SignatureOptions options){code}
Only add if PDSignature contains a name.
Adobe Reader shows the name as you can see in field_name.jpg.
