{{PDPropertyList.create()}} supports OCG but not OCMD, and there is no such
class. I found this because the attached file shows black squares instead of a
woman in yellow color. Implementing the OCMD handling in PageDrawer fixes this,
and also renders page 15 of the
eci_altona-test-suite-v2_technical2_one-patch-per-page_x4.pdf file correctly
for the first time.
